Stage Manager
JHo (Jessica Ho) (she/her) was introduced to the world of Backstage Production & Stage Managing through her mentor Roma Flowers, who led her to an internship with the American Dance Festival (ADF) under the supervision of Lighting Designer/Technical Director, David Ferri in 2012. Through ADF, JHo has worked with major contemporary dance companies such as Pilobolus, Paul Taylor Dance Company, Hubbard Street Dance Company, Mark Morris Dance Company as a production intern.
While juggling a professional dance career in NYC, JHo freelances as a Stage Manager and Production Crew (with focus on Lighting). She has most recently worked for Blue Man Group, Hélène Simoneau Danse, Eiko Otake, Jody Sperling/Time Lapse Dance, Covenant Ballet Theatre of Brooklyn. JHo has been brought in as Production Crew for the University of the Arts Dance Department’s bi-yearly Dance Series since 2014 and continues to work with UArts by way of Bennington College.
