Katrina Hidalgo
2026 VISION Fellowship Recipient
Katrina Hidalgo (she/her) is a Filipina American dance artist from Bolingbrook, Illinois. She began dance lessons at age two and trained at Inspire School of Dance. At Juilliard, Hidalgo performed works by Studio Wayne McGregor, William Forsythe, José Limón, Pam Tanowitz, Jamar Roberts, Hope Boykin, and Shen Wei, amongst others. She attended summer programs at Springboard Danse, Ballet BC, and Orsolina28. She has had two choreographed works featured in Choreographic Honors 2025 and continues to participate in student choreographed workshops. She holds several work-study positions at Juilliard and is the dance representative for the Juilliard Asian Student Alliance. Hidalgo is incredibly grateful to be awarded the Obremski/Works VISION Fellowship this year and excited to join the community of AAPI artists!
